Since our beginning as the Digital Signal Processing Directorate of SPARTA, Inc., Signalscape has grown to be a leader in streaming audio processing software.

We implement DSP algorithms for embedded processors as well as Windows-based applications. For Windows, each algorithm is implemented as an ActiveX filter component under Microsoft’s DirectShow streaming multimedia architecture. This allows easy technology re-use and rapid prototyping of real-time audio processing software. Signalscape’s audio processing technology is used in surveillance and forensics applications including:

Image and Video Processing

Signalscape develops state-of-the-art image and video processing algorithms and deploys them in surveillance and forensic video applications. Signals Analysis and Communications Engineering

Signalscape’s Signals Analysis and Communications Engineering team provides services that extend from baseband voice through RF. Our personnel include experts in communication algorithm research and development and are experienced with a wide range of communications technologies.

The Signalscape team has developed an array of capabilities including tools to decode modem, facsimile, and protocol intercepts. In addition, we are also expanding our RF Signal reconnaissance capability. Our signal decoding capabilities include:
